Shoolini University is now a 5G-equipped campus, thanks to a strategic partnership with Jio. The university celebrated this significant milestone with a ceremony at Ratan Tata Hall. The event was attended by Jio's leadership team and served as the official platform to announce this groundbreaking initiative to students.
The official launch took place on September 26. The 5G services offer ‘Truly Unlimited Data’ at speeds exceeding 1 Gbps. This ultra-high-speed connectivity allows students and faculty to experience seamless and instantaneous data transfer, paving the way for real-time collaboration, advanced remote learning, virtual classrooms, and interactive sessions. These capabilities enrich the learning experience and make it more dynamic and immersive.
Additionally, 5G speeds up access to educational resources and research materials, propelling academic and research activities to new heights.
Nilesh Bhatt, Chief Technology Officer at Reliance Jio, shared, “Jio is thrilled and honoured to introduce Jio True 5G services at Shoolini University, a vibrant hub of youthful energy. This initiative aligns with our mission to empower the youth of India.”
