PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVE 

  • PEO-1: Graduates will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the philosophical foundations of yoga, including its historical roots and traditional texts, enabling them to convey this knowledge effectively in their practice and teaching.
  • PEO-2: Graduates will possess a thorough understanding of human anatomy and physiology, with a specific focus on their relationship to yoga practice and its impact on common ailments, allowing them to design and implement effective yoga therapy programs.
  • PEO-3: Graduates will be proficient in various yogic practices, including detoxification techniques, asanas, pranayama, meditation, and sacred practices, and will understand the role of diet and nutrition as prerequisites for successful yoga practices.
  • PEO-4: Graduates will develop the ability to critically analyze and evaluate research related to yoga philosophy, yoga therapy, and traditional texts, applying their knowledge and skills to provide holistic health solutions and contribute to the well-being of society.
