The School of Bio-Engineering and Food Technology at Shoolini University advances the integration of biology, engineering, food, and nutrition sciences. We strongly emphasise innovative research, experiential learning, and academic excellence, preparing students to become leaders in disciplines such as biomedical engineering, biotechnology, food processing, and health and wellness.

The Food Technology programs under the School of Bio-Engineering and Food Technology follow an interdisciplinary approach, merging the principles of Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, and Nutrition. The specially designed curriculum equips students with the skills to develop, process, package, and distribute nutritious, affordable, delicious, and safe food.

We offer our students valuable practical experiences through paid internships, cooperative programs, and research projects in collaboration with industry partners. This hands-on approach ensures that our scholars are well-prepared for successful careers in their respective fields. Additionally, the diverse faculty and international research collaborations ensure that our students get a global perspective in today's interconnected world.

Re-Imagined B Tech Food Tech Program

We have taken the lead in developing a unique research-oriented B Tech degree program, the Summit Research Program, that prepares undergraduate students for global opportunities at leading academic institutions and corporate R&D teams. Fully integrated with the regular engineering curriculum, it provides hands-on exposure to high-quality research, experience in writing technical papers, personal mentorship and interactions with internationally acclaimed research practitioners and experts.
