The School of Bio-Engineering and Food Technology at Shoolini University advances the integration of biology, engineering, food, and nutrition sciences. The Food Technology programs under the School of Bio-Engineering and Food Technology follow an interdisciplinary approach, merging the principles of Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, and Nutrition. The specially designed curriculum equips students with the skills to develop, process, package, and distribute nutritious, affordable, delicious, and safe food.

We have taken the lead in developing a unique research-oriented B Tech degree program, the Summit Research Program, that prepares undergraduate students for global opportunities at leading academic institutions and corporate R&D teams. Fully integrated with the regular engineering curriculum, it provides hands-on exposure to high-quality research, experience in writing technical papers, personal mentorship and interactions with internationally acclaimed research practitioners and experts.
