The 'National Innovation and Start-up policy 2019' is a guiding framework for the HEIs across the nation which aims at nurturing the innovation and Start-up culture in HEIs, covering Intellectual Property ownership, revenue sharing mechanisms, norms for technology transfer, and commercialization, equity sharing, etc. It is an initiative that is also started by, and shall duly complement the "IIC initiative" of the Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell (MIC). Shoolini University as always, was among the first ones to formulate and implement the same on campus. This surely is a great initiative toward fostering an innovative and entrepreneurial culture among faculty and students.
