The Shoolini Chalet is a live lab for students of hospitality. Students are the stakeholders here. They run this small hotel of four rooms and two suites where university guests stay. This exposes students to front office operations, housekeeping, communication and more.
The Chalet also has a self-sufficient kitchen where students learn food production, service, essential accounting tools, etc. Lunch is served to those who have reservations. Several university dinners are also hosted here, where students learn the catering process from the word go!
