Shoolini University and Antier Solutions Private Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), Blockchain, and education-driven innovation.
The MoU was signed by Prof Ashish Khosla, President Innovation and AI at Shoolini University and Director of the Yogananda School of AI, Computers and Data Science, and Vikram Singh, Managing Director of Antier Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
The partnership will focus on joint projects in AI, LLMs, Blockchain, and related technologies, along with student internships, placement opportunities, workshops, seminars, and research initiatives. The agreement is valid for five years and may expand into specialised projects and innovation-driven programs through mutual consent.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Prof Ashish Khosla said the collaboration marks an important step toward strengthening the connection between industry and academia. "By working together in transformative areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models, and Blockchain, we aim to provide our students and faculty with direct exposure to the cutting edge of technology while creating meaningful opportunities for research, innovation, internships, and career development. Partnerships like these help ensure that our learners are prepared not only for today's careers, but also for the technologies that will define the future," he said.
Vikram Singh pointed to the pace at which AI is entering every layer of professional and educational life. "Shoolini University's strength in research, biotechnology, and emerging work around indigenous LLMs makes this collaboration especially meaningful. We look forward to creating opportunities for applied learning, joint innovation, student exposure, and future IP development in areas where AI, Blockchain, and education can create long-term impact," he said.
