Shoolini University has been invited by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to establish a university in the state of Uttar Pradesh. This offer was made at the Higher Education Conclave, ‘UP for UP: Pradesh me Sthaniya Sansthano ka Prasar’ held recently in Lucknow. During the conclave, Shoolini University founder and Chancellor Prof PK Khosla briefed the Chief Minister about the achievements of the university.

The conclave aimed to expand the education sector in Uttar Pradesh by exploring partnerships with private universities in India and abroad. The Chief Minister was the chief guest at the conclave and Prof Khosla was invited as a panellist.

After the conclave, Prof Khosla presented a case for establishing a university focusing on ancient Indian wisdom in the state. The CM responded positively to the offer and Shoolini University Vice Chancellor Prof Atul Khosla welcomed it. He said Shoolini would soon submit a detailed plan to the Uttar Pradesh government.

The Chancellor said the Chief Minister was also interested in his proposal to establish a research-based university. “Shoolini University is one of the best institutions in terms of international rankings. We are working on the proposal and will submit the documents to the UP Government in a few days".

Shoolini University Vice Chancellor Prof Atul Khosla asked for collaborative efforts among universities so that the best practices followed by one university can be adopted by another.
