Shubham Verma
Assistant Professor
Shubham Verma is an Assistant Professor at the Shoolini Business School. He holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Shoolini University. Prior to this, he completed his MBA with specialisation in Finance and Information Technology from Shoolini University and earned his Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Himachal Pradesh University (HPU), Shimla.
Asst Prof Verma has been associated with Shoolini University since 2017 and has been actively contributing to teaching, academic development, and institutional quality enhancement. His academic interests lie in the domains of management and finance, with a specific research focus on strategic management.
His research contributions include two copyrights in the area of hybrid working, reflecting his engagement with contemporary organisational practices and evolving workplace models.
In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Asst Prof Verma is actively involved in the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), where he contributes to quality assurance processes, accreditation frameworks, and institutional ranking initiatives.
