Shubham Sharma

Mr. Shubham Sharma is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Faculty of Management Studies and Liberal Arts, Shoolini University, Solan (HP) India where he teaches Constitutional Law, Company Law, Family Law and does research in Constitutional Law, Human Rights and International Law. He qualified UGC-NET in 2019.   

An alumnus of Campus Law Center, University of Delhi, he has been a paralegal with the NALSA and DLSA for two years. As part of his LLM dissertation at Manipal University, Jaipur, he critically analyzed the “Labour Welfare and Wage Legislations in India”. He has also been associated with NGOs such as Aajeevika Bureau and Maitri.

He has keen interest in Constitutional Law, Human Rights Law, Jurisprudence and Criminal Law. Currently, he is conducting research on Modern Slavery and Religious Fundamentalism. 

His academic interests share the origin from the liberal ideas of justice and governance.
