Prof Kamal Jeet Singh

Kamal Jeet Singh is a distinguished legal academic and academic administrator with over 30 years of experience in teaching, research, legal education, and institutional leadership. 

Prof Singh previously served as the Founder Vice-Chancellor of Madhusudan Law University, Odisha, one of India’s historic institutions of legal education. During his tenure, he played a key role in shaping the University during its formative years and contributed to the development of its academic environment and infrastructure.

Before his appointment as Vice-Chancellor, Prof Singh served as Professor and Chairman, Department of Laws, Himachal Pradesh University. He has also served as a Member of the Himachal Pradesh Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Commission, contributing to the development and regulation of higher education in the state.

With his extensive experience in legal education and academic administration, Prof Singh brings a strong combination of scholarship, institutional knowledge, and academic leadership to Shoolini University.
