Namakala Chapagain

Namakala Chapagain is an Assistant Professor at the Shoolini Business School. She is an author and international education professional with expertise in business, marketing, human resources, and global academic partnerships. 

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Marketing from Shoolini University. She was awarded the Gold Medal for academic excellence in the 2017–2020 BBA batch. Her professional experience includes internships with reputed organisations such as The Times of India in Sales & Marketing and Lemon Tree Hotels in Finance, where she developed a strong foundation in industry practices. 

In 2024, she was selected for the fully funded Taiwan Experience Education Program (TEEP) by the Ministry of Education, Taiwan, and successfully completed a six-month research project at Feng Chia University. Further advancing her academic journey, she has also been selected for the fully funded PhD in Management at National Formosa University, one of Taiwan’s leading public universities. 

In addition to her academic and professional achievements, Namakala is a published author of four books—Resilience Realm, Love of Mother, A Brave Girl, and One-Sided Love—which explore themes of personal growth, human emotions, and resilience. She has also contributed a book chapter titled ‘Himalayas Bring Happiness: Finding Inner Peace amidst the Himalayas’ to the anthology ‘Different Facets of Happiness: A Shoolini University Anthology,’ reflecting her deep connection with nature and inner well-being. 

With a global outlook and a passion for continuous learning, she works at the intersection of education, storytelling, and international collaboration, striving to create meaningful impact through knowledge exchange and creative expression.
