Brigadier Sunil Dutt Mehta (Retd), Sena Medal, is Director Operations at Shoolini University. He brings over 36 years of leadership experience in general management, operations, training, administration, and logistics. A distinguished officer of the Indian Army, he has commanded and managed elite teams of up to 3,000 personnel, overseeing strategic planning, operational execution, and talent development. His expertise lies in organisational leadership, human resource management (HRM & HRD), training, performance enhancement, and strategic planning.

Throughout his career, Brigadier Mehta has held several prestigious positions, including Instructor at The Armoured Corps Centre & School, Battalion Commander at the National Defence Academy (NDA), Commandant and Principal of the Junior Leaders Academy, Bareilly, and Senior Instructor at the Army War College, Mhow. He has also served as Commander of a strategic force, leading training and operational excellence at the highest level. His leadership has been instrumental in raising and commanding a Rashtriya Rifles Battalion, an elite force of 1,200 personnel, from its inception.

Brigadier Mehta (Retd) has received multiple accolades for his exceptional service. He was honoured with the Sena Medal in 2005 for his distinguished leadership in Jammu & Kashmir. In 2008, he was awarded the Chief of Army Staff Commendation for his outstanding contributions to military education and training. Additionally, in 2011, he received the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief Commendation for his exemplary service as a Brigade Commander.
