Beena Samuel is an accomplished academician and finance professional with over 14 years of experience spanning higher education, accreditation management, and corporate finance. She holds a Master’s degree in Commerce (Accounts) and an MMS in Finance and is UGC-NET qualified.
She is an Assistant Professor and Lead & Accreditation Manager (AACSB) at Shoolini University. In this role, she plays a key part in driving AACSB and NBA accreditation processes, contributing to quality assurance, compliance, and continuous academic improvement. Alongside her accreditation responsibilities, she teaches Financial Management and actively supports academic operations.
Before joining Shoolini University, she worked at Eternal University, Baru Sahib, where she served as the MBA Business Analytics Program Coordinator and IQAC Coordinator. She led NEP-aligned curriculum development, academic audits, quality documentation, and institutional enhancement initiatives. She also coordinated an international conference, contributing to academic outreach and strengthening institutional visibility.
Asst Prof Beena Samuel brings strong industry exposure from her tenure at Abbott Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., where she was recognised with the Abbott Excellence Award for successfully leading the SAP Security Role Re-Design Project. Her corporate responsibilities included accounts payable management, GST reconciliation, MIS reporting, and audit compliance, giving her a solid foundation in practical finance operations.
Earlier in her academic career, she served at Indira Institute of Business Management and Western College of Commerce & Business Management, where she taught core finance courses, coordinated academic programs, and worked as Examination Chairperson, streamlining examination processes and enhancing student engagement.
With strong analytical skills, deep expertise in accreditation frameworks, and a student-centric teaching approach, Asst Prof Beena Samuel continues to contribute meaningfully to institutional excellence and the delivery of high-quality management education.
