
Assala Alsehnawy
Teaching Associate
Assala Alsehnawy is a Teaching Associate at the Shoolini Business School. She is an academic instructor specialising in Human Resource Management (HRM) and business management practices. She holds an MBA from GITAM University and has experience in HRM, administrative reform, and policy analysis across both academic and governmental settings.
Her work focuses on employee well-being and strategic HR practices in complex and resource-constrained environments, particularly in higher education and public sector institutions. She is interested in understanding how organisational and institutional factors influence employee outcomes through research-based approaches.
Prior to her academic role, she held leadership positions at the Ministry of Administrative Development in Syria, where she contributed to organisational restructuring, workforce analysis, and policy implementation.
