Ashish Sharma

Ashish Sharma is a Teaching Associate at the Yogananda School of AI, Computers, and Data Science. His work focuses on cybersecurity, privacy-preserving technologies, and advanced artificial intelligence.

He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialisation in Cybersecurity. He has also qualified two of India’s most competitive national-level examinations—GATE (2023) and UGC-NET (2024)—demonstrating strong academic and technical proficiency.

His research centres on emerging AI paradigms, with key interests in federated learning, neuro-symbolic AI, graph neural networks (GNNs), and explainable AI (XAI). His work aims to build secure, interpretable, and efficient AI systems capable of solving complex real-world problems.

Ashish has contributed to the field through three research publications and two filed patents. Among his notable projects is the development of a specialised platform for Alzheimer’s patients and caregivers, which received funding and recognition from IIT Roorkee and iHUB DivyaSampark.

As an educator, he is dedicated to mentoring students and preparing them for academic research and competitive examinations. He strives to equip future engineers with the skills required to navigate modern AI systems while upholding strong principles of data security and ethical innovation.
