Shweta Sharma is an Assistant Professor at the MS Swaminathan School of Agriculture, specialising in Vegetable Science. She completed her MSc in Vegetable Science from Dr YS Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry , Nauni, and obtained her Doctorate from CSKHPKV, Palampur, in 2021. Additionally, she qualified for the National Eligibility Test (NET) in 2017.
Asst Prof Sharma has actively participated in numerous national and international seminars, conferences, symposiums, and training sessions, enriching her knowledge and expertise in the field of Vegetable Science.
Her scholarly contributions include the publication of 7 research papers in various national and international journals of high repute. Asst Prof Sharma's research focuses on vegetable breeding aimed at improving production, quality, and nutritional value, reflecting her commitment to advancing agricultural practices for enhanced sustainability and food security.
With her dedication to teaching and research, Asst Prof Sharma plays a vital role in shaping the academic landscape of the MS Swaminathan School of Agriculture at Shoolini University.
