Vividha Gurung, is an Assistant Professor at the School of Business Management at Shoolini University. She holds a BTech degree and an MBA with a specialisation in Human Resources, both earned at Shoolini University. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in Human Resources.
In addition to her academic pursuits, she possesses one-and-a-half years of invaluable experience as a Business Analyst. During this time, she fulfilled her responsibilities and displayed exceptional leadership by spearheading a high-performing student support team. Beyond her academic and professional achievements, Gurung is enthusiastic and actively engages in various indoor and outdoor activities. Her consistent work ethics, dedication, and sportsmanship extend into her personal life, influencing her teaching and research approach.
She combines academic rigour with practical experience, creating a dynamic and enriching learning environment in her classroom.
