Vinmre Kaushal

Vinmre Kaushal is an Assistant Professor at Shoolini University, where he brings together academic insight and practical experience in management, outreach, and innovation.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Kalinga University and an MBA from Shoolini University. With a strong focus on experiential learning, Vinmre is deeply committed to student-driven research and early-stage innovation.

He has played a key role in strengthening the university’s research culture by mentoring and supporting student-led initiatives. His contributions include involvement in 21 student-led patents, reflecting his dedication to nurturing innovation from an early stage. He has also conceptualised and developed initiatives such as the Shoolini Patent Program and Q?riosity, which introduce students to intellectual property, design thinking, and real-world problem-solving.

In addition to his academic role, Asst Prof Vinmre serves as Senior Manager – Outreach. In this capacity, he leads strategic engagements, builds meaningful partnerships, and enhances the university’s academic presence across diverse platforms.

Asst Prof Vinmre uses an interactive teaching style that connects theoretical learning  with real-world practice and encourages curiosity. He focuses on creating a learning environment that supports innovation, teamwork, and overall student growth, helping learners confidently handle real-world challenges.
