Vineet Kumar is an Assistant Professor at Shoolini University. He holds a Master's degree in Constitutional Law from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla.
Asst Prof Vineet is actively involved in transforming traditional teaching methods and implementing skills-based curricula to enhance the Law School’s dynamism.
With over three years of teaching experience, Asst Prof Vineet specialises in Constitutional and Criminal Law. His research focus on Disaster Management, particularly on the enforcement of victims' rights and the efficacy of the Disaster Management Act, 2005. His scholarly contributions include publications on Disaster Management, the National Education Policy 2020, sexual harassment at the workplace, domestic violence, and waste management.
Asst Prof Vineet has published three papers in international journals and three in edited books. He regularly participates in and contributes to international and national conferences, workshops, and seminars, emphasising the publication of research articles and books in reputable journals.
