
Rahul Singhal
Teaching Associate
Rahul Singhal is a Teaching Associate at the School of Biological and Environmental Sciences . He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, IGNOU, Delhi. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.
His research interests primarily include addiction, academics, trauma, relationships, sleep, and coping skills. He has expertise in behavioural addiction, clinical practice, and counselling, contributing significantly to the field of psychology.
He has published research papers and chapters in prestigious Taylor & Francis and UGC peer-reviewed journals, and has actively participated in numerous national and international conferences. With one year of teaching and counselling experience, Mr. Singhal continues to contribute to both the education and clinical sectors.
His professional engagements include reputed hospitals such as LNJP Hospital, New Delhi, and Arsh Multispecialty Hospital, Faridabad (Haryana).
Beyond academia, he is actively involved in providing free counselling sessions and supporting mindfulness and trauma recovery initiatives through NGOs, reflecting his commitment to creating a positive impact on society.
