
Ocean Mehta
Assistant Professor
Ocean Mehta is an Assistant Professor at the Shoolini Business School. With a strong interdisciplinary background in both biotechnology and management, she brings a unique perspective to teaching and research. Asst Prof Mehta completed her PhD and MBA in Business Management from Dr Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni. She received the prestigious University Merit Scholarship for academic excellence for three consecutive years during her doctoral studies. She earned her BSc (Hons) in Biotechnology from Shoolini Institute of Life Sciences and Business Management.
Her academic interests include human resource management and organisational behaviour, and her research focuses on solving real-world organisational issues with an emphasis on inclusive development.
