Neeraj Chaudhry

Neeraj Chaudhry is the Director of the School of Hospitality and Hotel Management at Shoolini University. He brings over three decades of profound expertise in Food & Beverage, enriched by extensive international experience. Holding a gold medal in Hotel Management from IHM Kolkata, Neeraj is a distinguished alumnus of the University of Lucknow. Furthermore, he holds qualifications as an ISO 2200 Food Safety Management System auditor, reflecting his commitment to culinary excellence and safety.

His illustrious career spans premier hotels in 10 Indian cities and four global destinations. With a mastery of diverse cuisines from around the world, Neeraj's experience encompasses Food Production and Food and beverage service. He has also led Restaurant and banquet operations for over six years across various properties, demonstrating his comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry.

For more than a decade, Neeraj has been a dedicated Chef Trainer and mentor to Management Trainees, fostering the next generation of hospitality professionals. 

His teaching philosophy emphasises the practical, hands-on aspects of hospitality, underscoring its significance in today's world. He firmly believes that the fundamentals of service, culinary artistry, and cleanliness are essential life skills for all.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Neeraj is a passionate adventurer with interests ranging from Skiing, Paragliding, Scuba diving, Surfing, to Trekking. He is also an ardent reader, particularly drawn to fiction and Anthology genres. Neeraj's literary contribution extends to a book on Spiti cuisine, catapulting this exotic fare onto the global gastronomy map.
