Anita Sudhaik is an Assitant Professor at Shoolini University. She earned her PhD in Chemistry from Shoolini University, following MSc Chemistry from the same institution. She completed her BSc Medical at Rajkiya Kanya Mahavidyalya, Shimla, HP.
Before joining Shoolini University, Asst Prof Sudhaik gained valuable teaching experience as an Assistant Professor at the Bells Institute of Management Technology (BIMT), Shimla. During her PhD tenure, she also worked as a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the DST Fast Track Project by the Science and Engineering Research Board (YSS-000898 SERB), Delhi.
Her research focuses on the construction of metal-free nanomaterials (2D materials) and titanate-based perovskite photocatalysts, as well as forming heterojunctions of these photocatalysts with other carbonaceous materials, metal oxides, and metal sulfides. Her work aims to address the escalating global crises of energy scarcity and environmental degradation, which pose serious threats to human society.
Asst Prof Sudhaik was recognised among the World’s Top 2% Most Influential Scientists by Stanford University. She has an impressive academic portfolio with over 70 publications (research and review articles), three book chapters, and 15 successfully filed patents.
