Sushil Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the School of Core Engineering at Shoolini University. His expertise lies in Renewable Energy Resources and Thermal Engineering, areas where he has made significant contributions to both research and innovation.
He has published 22 high-impact scientific articles in reputed international journals, showcasing his commitment to advancing knowledge in his field. Furthermore, he has an exceptional record of intellectual property development, having filed 140 patents, of which 85 have been granted. He has successfully developed five functional prototypes based on his patented innovations.
Assistant Professor Kumar believes that true innovation must be paired with social responsibility. Outside the lab, he is a key figure in societal improvement. He is also serving as Vice President of ‘Promotors of Social & Cultural Heritage of Himachal Pradesh’. Through these platforms, he delivers powerful messages for youth empowerment and a ‘Drug-Free Himachal’. His holistic approach to life is rounded out by spiritual activities and meditation, which fuel his drive to serve both his students and his community.
