
Ruchika Sharma
Professor
Ruchika Sharma is an Assistant Professor at the Yogananda School of AI, Computer, and Data Science, Shoolini University. She holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from Shoolini University of Biotechnology and Management Sciences, Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India. Prior to this, she completed her bachelor’s degree in computer applications form Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, India and master’s degree in computer applications from Himachal Pradesh Technical University, Hamirpur, India.
Asst Prof Sharma's research interests encompass artificial intelligence (AI), deep learning (DL), and internet of things (IOT), making significant contributions to the evolving domains of computer science, artificial intelligence and data science. She has filed patents and published research papers in prestigious Scopus and SCIE-indexed journals and has actively participated in numerous international conferences.
She has actively participated in innovation and entrepreneurship activities as part of the Institute Innovation Council (IIC) and is a Certified Innovation Ambassador. Beyond academia, Asst Prof Sharma is actively involved in cultural and student engagement programs such as Manchtantra, demonstrating her ability to blend academic rigor with community building.
