Rohit Khosla

Rohit Khosla is the Associate Director at Shoolini University Centre for Distance and Online Education (SCDOE). He is a results-driven senior executive with over 20 years of distinguished experience in strategic leadership, human resources management, and institutional development across corporate and education sectors. He brings demonstrated expertise in establishing profitable operations, driving training & placement initiatives, and fostering industry-academia collaborations. 

Prior to Shoolini University, Rohit served as Head – Human Resources at IMT Ghaziabad (Institute of Management Technology) , where he led comprehensive recruitment processes, managed external relations and client engagement, and served as a key member of the Grievance Redressal Committee. At Galgotias University, Greater Noida , he served as Head – Relationships & Special Projects, providing strategic support to the CEO and Vice Chancellor, cultivating relationships with industries and government stakeholders, and facilitating student placements and MoU negotiations.

His corporate experience includes serving as Senior Manager – India Operations at Fizz Telecommunications, London (2007–2012), where he established profitable Indian operations from the ground up, built and managed a network of 15 offshored contact centers, and recruited 1,000+ agents pan-India.

His earlier career includes serving as Project Officer for the Commonwealth Games 2010, leading a team of 50+ officers for Games Village operations; In-Charge Marketing at Span Air Pvt Ltd; and Training Lead at Core BPO.
