Navreet Sahi is an Associate Professor at the Chitrakoot School of Liberal Arts, Shoolini University. She is a distinguished scholar with a PhD (2014) in English from the Department of English and Cultural Studies at Panjab University, Chandigarh. Her academic journey has been marked by excellence, having been awarded a gold medal from Panjab University for her outstanding achievements. Her academic qualifications also include MPhil, MA in English, BA (Eng. Hons.), and BEd degrees, all earned with distinction.
Assoc Prof Sahi's expertise extends beyond academia, as she has been recognised for her exceptional speaking skills. She was honoured with the Certificate of Appreciation as one of the top 100 speakers in India by the University of Cambridge.
Her research interests span a wide array of topics within the realm of cultural studies, including picaresque narratives, anti-heroes, trickster traditions in native cultures, psychoanalysis, and gender studies. Her dedication to exploring these complex subjects has contributed significantly to scholarly discourse in her field.
With over a decade of experience in teaching English literature, Assoc Prof Sahi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She also has extensive experience in editing, personality development, and as a soft skills trainer.
She actively supervises doctoral research, guiding aspiring scholars in their academic pursuits. She has authored several books and published over 40 research papers. Notably, her book titled "Trickster or Hero" was published in 2023, adding to her impressive body of work.
Assoc Prof Navreet Sahi's multifaceted contributions to academia, coupled with her passion for research and teaching, make her an invaluable member of the faculty at Shoolini University.
