Assistant Professor
Mohammad Yusuf is an Assistant Professor at the Yogananda School of Spirituality and Happiness with academic, teaching, and research experience in the field of Yoga and Yogic Science. He completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Yogic Science from Kumaun University, Nainital, and an MA in Yogic Science from the University of Patanjali. He has qualified the UGC-NET (National Eligibility Test) and completed his PhD in Yogic Science.
At the Yogananda School of Spirituality and Happiness at Shoolini University, he teaches Yoga Anatomy and Yoga Therapy. His teaching and professional areas include Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Alignment, Pranayama, Meditation, and Traditional Yoga Practices.
Asst Prof Yusuf has international teaching experience in Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia. He has worked as a Yoga Teacher and has taught more than 1,500 students from India and abroad through Teacher Training Certificate (TTC) programs, including 200-hour and 300-hour Teacher Training Courses in Rishikesh and internationally.
