Indu Rihani

Indu Rihani is a distinguished academician with over 30 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. She is currently a Professor at the Chitrakoot School of Liberal Arts, Shoolini University.

Prof Rihani earned her PhD in Education from Panjab University, Chandigarh. She also holds a Master’s degree from the University of Delhi, an MEd from Himachal Pradesh University, and an MPhil in Education from Panjab University.

Prior to joining Shoolini, she served in various leadership and teaching roles, including Lecturer, Associate Professor, Principal, Dean, and Professor at reputed teacher education institutions affiliated with leading universities. She has taught extensively at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and guided 13 PhD scholars, along with numerous postgraduate dissertations at Panjab University, Punjabi University, and Rayat Bahra University.

Prof Rihani has significantly contributed to quality assurance initiatives in higher education. She served as a peer team member for NAAC accreditation and participated in multiple inspection teams of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Additionally, she has been an active member of various academic and administrative committees at Panjab University and Punjabi University.
