He is responsible for the implementation and management of the Learning Management System (LMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and institutional email infrastructure.
In addition, Asst Prof Sharma actively works on data analysis and report generation to support strategic decision-making within the organisation. He is also responsible for managing centralized timetable systems and optimizing resource allocation across academic departments, ensuring efficient utilisation of institutional resources.
