Hemant Sharma is an Assistant Professor and Senior Manager at Shoolini University,. He holds an M Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. His research interests focus on Artificial Intelligence, Software Security, and Large Language Models (LLMs), with a particular emphasis on developing domain-specific Large Language Models (LLMs) for identifying and analysing software security and non-security vulnerabilities. His research explores intelligent AI-based approaches to improve automated vulnerability detection, secure software development practices, and intelligent threat analysis in modern software systems.

Asst Prof Sharma has over 17+ years of professional experience in Information Technology management, with strong expertise in enterprise system implementation, data management, and digital platform administration. His key areas of specialisation include Artificial Intelligence applications, enterprise software systems, data analytics, and institutional IT infrastructure management.

At Shoolini University, he plays a crucial role in managing and implementing key digital systems that support academic and administrative operations. He is responsible for the implementation and management of the Learning Management System (LMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and institutional email infrastructure.

In addition, Asst Prof Sharma actively works on data analysis and report generation to support strategic decision-making within the organisation. He is also responsible for managing centralized timetable systems and optimizing resource allocation across academic departments, ensuring efficient utilisation of institutional resources.

He has extensive experience working with enterprise platforms, institutional IT systems, and data-driven decision support tools. He has also contributed to modernizing digital workflows and strengthening the technological ecosystem that supports teaching, learning, and administrative processes within the organization.
