Monika

Monika is an Assistant Professor at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Shoolini University. She holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Shoolini University, Himachal Pradesh, and a Bachelor’s degree from Government Pharmacy College, Nagrota, Himachal Pradesh. 

Her academic interests include organic synthesis, computational studies, and pharmaceutical analysis. She has worked on the synthesis of piperazine-derived compounds and evaluated their anticancer potential using computational approaches, developing a strong understanding of structure–activity relationships. 

Asst Prof Monika also has hands-on experience with a range of analytical techniques, including UV–Visible spectroscopy, FTIR, HPTLC, and Gas Chromatography, providing her with a solid foundation in pharmaceutical analysis and laboratory practices. 

She is keen on expanding her scientific expertise and aims to build a long-term career in research and academics, contributing to innovative developments in pharmaceutical sciences. Outside academics, she is a sports enthusiast and enjoys travelling and exploring nature, reflecting her appreciation for the natural world.
