Kriti Kanwar is an Assistant Professor at the School of Bio-Engineering and Food Technology, Shoolini University. She holds a PhD in Biotechnology from Himachal Pradesh University and an MSc in Microbiology from the same institution, following her undergraduate studies in Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry.
Asst Prof Kanwar’s research spans microbiology, enzyme technology, and bioprocess optimisation. Her work focuses on microbial strain improvement, enzyme purification, and biofilm degradation strategies for clinical and industrial applications. She has published research papers in prestigious Scopus and SCI-indexed journals and has actively participated in numerous international conferences.
She is CSIR NET (Life Science), ICMR JRF, and GATE (Life Science) qualified. With four years of teaching experience, Asst Prof Kanwar has taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses in biotechnology and microbiology across reputed institutions in Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh.
