Himanshu is an Assistant Professor at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Shoolini University. She has submitted her PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Shoolini University and holds master's and bachelor's degrees in pharmacy from the same institution.
Asst Prof Himanshu focuses on developing and optimising novel drug delivery systems, with a special emphasis on targeted drug delivery. Her work explores the utilisation of polymersomes as carriers for drug delivery, particularly in cancer diagnostics and therapy. Additionally, she is advancing the field of brain tumor targeting by applying magnetic nanoparticles. Asst Prof Himanshu is also engaged in cutting-edge research on the therapeutic potential of naturally occurring piceatannol in addressing non-communicable diseases and has contributed to developing rapid test kits for SARS-CoV-2 immunochromatography.
With over two years of teaching experience, Asst Prof Himanshu excels in integrating academic theory with practical knowledge.
