Kamal Kant is a distinguished academician with expertise in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Sales, and Business Organisation. With a strong focus on innovation-driven teaching and academic leadership, he brings extensive experience in promoting entrepreneurial thinking and practical business skills among students.
He is widely recognised for his proficiency in Change Management and has successfully led several impactful institutional initiatives, including the implementation of Shoolini University’s Learning Management System eUniv, Saamarthaya – The Entrepreneurship Club, the Golden Rudraksha Awards, and BizQuiz, among others. These initiatives have significantly contributed to enhancing student engagement, innovation culture, and experiential learning on campus.
Prof Kant was selected among the Top 50 Teacher Innovators in India by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India, in 2017. This recognition was awarded for his innovative online course titled ‘Contemporary Entrepreneurial Business Models’, which reflects his commitment to modern, technology-enabled education.
He earned his PhD from Shoolini University in the dynamic and emerging field of Network Marketing, highlighting his research interest in evolving business models and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
