Shoolini University has imbedded a unique mentoring scheme for students where faculty mentors are allotted to a group of not more than 20 students. All the students, irrespective of their gender, are a part of this set up. Mentoring includes one-on-one mentoring, in which each student gets mentored by the respective faculty mentor on academic, non-academic and personal issues of the mentee. Under the mentorship of faculty, girls are encouraged to participate in extra-curricular activities such as placement committee, various hobby clubs and competitions held in the university and outside. Girls have shown tremendous performance in various clubs initiated by the students.
