Promoting conscious water usage (Activity)
In a concerted effort to address pressing environmental concerns, students of St. Luke's organized an impactful Nukkad Natak event at Shoolini University, shedding light on the importance of water conservation and the perilous state of water bodies in the Himalayan region. The Chancellor and faculty expressed their support for such initiatives, emphasizing the role of educational institutions in instilling values and spreading awareness. The School of Biological and Environmental Sciences furthered the cause with a successful cleanliness drive, promoting hygiene and preserving water sources in Sultanpur village. Meanwhile, the Faculty of Management Sciences encouraged innovative thinking among students to save water and electricity through creative posters and campus engagement. Additionally, an Ashwani Khadd cleaning campaign in collaboration with Healing Himalayas underscored the urgency of tackling plastic pollution in natural water bodies, uniting more than 60 volunteers in this vital endeavor
