Shoolini University is committed to prevent and address any form of gender discrimination and achieve gender equity for the university staff and students in all fields. This will help women reach their full potential. The university does not discriminate while providing research grants, industry collaborations, and faculty development programs, accommodation, campus facilities, and healthcare programs. Shoolini ensures that opportunities for leadership positions and senior academic roles are provided on merit basis. Also, there is flexibility with timings and childcare support on the campus and there is no gender pay gap. The university regularly conducts workshops and awareness sessions to prevent harassment and violence against women. For this purpose, a dedicated committee has been appointed. All information received by the committee is kept strictly confidential.
