Shoolini University provides complete access and participation in its programmes to women and students. This top institution has constantly been striving to improve the gender ratio to 50:50. Shoolini developed in-house University Management System called eUniv, which enables the tracking of students’ progress at any time. Periodic evaluation and analysis of potential gaps and barriers in women’s application and participation process is undertaken by each school and department on admission and retention outcomes.
Shoolini provides on-campus childcare services, academic support and other financial resources such as potential scholarships, equal access to education and opportunities, social services, technology, accommodation and transportation to deserving female students. the university also promotes gender equity communication and promotion with activities such as workshops with students and staff, regular awareness-raising, fair representations for leadership roles, impartial participation, and gender balance in team projects.
