Women access schemes
Shoolini University runs a range of mentoring schemes for different staff and faculty groups as well as students. Each faculty member is allocated not more than 20 students. The mentors counsel students on academic and non-academic issues. They provide assistance in academic and non-academic matters and motivate students to achieve their learning objectives. This, in turn, increases their academic performance as well as their mental and emotional well-being.
Mentorship is also provided to the new staff members to identify and explore the potential and capabilities of the young and new staff. This improves the quality of performance of staff and faculty and enhances and develop them personally and professionally.
The Student Counseling Cell is run by professional psychologists.
