Tracking of women's likelihood

Shoolini University, through e-Univ, keeps track of students graduating every year. The percentage of women students who have graduated is measured and compared with male graduates. If any variation is found, the heads of the department concerned, along with faculty, are advised to identify the bottlenecks leading to such gaps. Corrective action is taken accordingly. The university has a fully functional counseling cell as well, which is run by a professional counsellor.
