BSc (Hons) Zoology at Shoolini University is a unique undergraduate program associated with the study of living and extinct animals while noting their interaction with respective ecosystems. This comprehensive program has been designed using a well-structured curriculum, including theory-based papers, practical sessions as well as hands-on training that help students absorb scientific concepts better. - PO-1: Domain knowledge: Development of knowledge and comprehension of the foundations associated with the profession of life sciences including various aspects of animals including their diversity and habitat; morphology and reproduction; cell biology, genetics, and molecular biology; development and animal behaviour. Awareness about relevant theories, paradigms, concepts, and principles in zoology.
- PO-2: Critical Thinking and analytical Abilities: Utilize the principles of scientific inquiry, thinking analytically, clearly and critically, while solving problems and making decisions during daily practice. Find, analyze, evaluate and apply information systematically and shall make defensible decisions
- PO-3: Personality and skill development: Incorporation of communication and expression abilities for better amalgamation in the society. Along with specialized in-hand practical knowledge in biological research. Students will develop ability to design, write and comprehend research reports, documents, and presentations, incorporating scientific temperament.
