Sonu is an Assistant Professor at Shoolini University. He completed his PhD and MSc in Chemistry at Shoolini University, following a BSc (Non-Medical) from Vaish College of Education, MDU Rohtak, Haryana.
Asst Prof Sonu is working on the fabrication of doped, defective nanocomposites designed to remove organic pollutants and antibiotics from wastewater. His groundbreaking work in this area has earned him widespread acclaim, culminating in the publication of over 47 research and review articles in prestigious SCI and Scopus-indexed journals. In addition to his prolific publication record, Asst Prof Sonu has demonstrated his innovative spirit by filing more than 8 utility patents, highlighting his commitment to addressing pressing environmental challenges.
Asst Prof Sonu teaches Physical Spectroscopy, Quantum Chemistry, Solution Chemistry, and Statistical Thermodynamics.
