BSc (Hons) Physics at Shoolini University builds a strong foundation for students who wish to pursue a career in science. Graduates studying BSc (Hons) Physics are trained to conduct research and take up challenging roles in the industry.
Faculty members of Basic Sciences at Shoolini University help students become proficient in research, while setting goals for success in the industry. Students are encouraged to file patents even at the undergraduate level with support from the on-campus 24x7 library, EBSCO access, and world-class laboratories.
We have state-of-the-art infrastructure to train students. This includes DRDO, DST and DAE-sponsored laboratories, where students get an opportunity to perform research experiments to form nanofibers, ceramic, polymer composites, and solar cell materials, etc. The school has completed many projects funded by MNRE, DRDO, DST, DAE, HIMCOSTE, and more.
Students of BSc (Hons) Physics have also received a JRF of Rs 30,000 per month.

- PEO-1: To possess a solid understanding of fundamental physics principles, enabling them to analyze and solve complex physical problems using critical thinking
- PEO-2: To be able to qualify various competitive/university exams such as IIT-JAM, TIFR, JEST, JNUEE, TET etc. to continue higher education in reputed institutions and be able to avail scholarships
- PEO-3: To develop proficient research skills, including the ability to design and conduct experiments, analyze data, and interpret results, preparing them for advanced studies or careers in research and development.
- PEO-4: To demonstrate an understanding of the ethical implications of scientific research and use their knowledge and skills to address societal challenges sustainably.
