This course turns students into culinary professionals, teaching them the rudiments of kitchen operation, food and beverage operation, management, production, and service. They not only learn the art of cooking but also develop a strong knowledge of business and its application within the hospitality industry. It trains aspirants to prepare, cook as well as present food/meals in an effective and attractive manner. Our brilliant students travel to international locations for Internships.
