Ratika Kayastha is an Assistant Professor at the MS Swaminathan School of Agriculture, Shoolini University, where she integrates her profound academic background in Agricultural Economics with practical expertise in Production Economics.
She holds an MSc and PhD from Dr YS Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, where her focus on Production Economics has equipped her with valuable insights into optimising agricultural processes. Asst Prof Kayastha's research is centered around critical areas such as cost analysis, optimisation, and resource economics, crucial for driving sustainable advancements in agriculture.
With two years of teaching experience, Asst Prof Kayastha has demonstrated her adeptness in imparting complex concepts effectively to students. Her national recognition through best poster awards at various conferences describes her expertise and contribution to the field.
