Varsha Patil teaches corporate law, compliance, auditing, Labour Laws, legal aspects of business and intellectual property rights. She has a Bachelors degree in Commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad and qualified her CS exam in 2012. She is a Fellow member of the prestigious Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), New Delhi.
Also working as Director - Rankings & Accreditation’s and Coordinator Internal Quality Assurance Cell, she had a proven track record in devising effective strategies for quality enhancement, sustenance and improvisation specially for rankings and accreditation's in Indian context.
Publication
Ms. Varsha teaches Corporate Law, Compliance and Auditing at Shoolini University. Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2012, she takes care of the rankings and accreditation at the university. She is also coordinator for Internal Quality Assurance Cell.
