Shoolinians shine wherever they go! We are proud of Ashish Mathur (3rd Year BBA Student) for bringing home the bronze medal at the All India Inter University Wushu Championship held in Mohali. Wushu is a collection of Chinese martial arts & kickboxing.
Crediting Shoolini University for his momentous achievement, Ashish Mathur said it was the balance between sports and academics that helped him clinch the medal. He expressed gratitude to his teachers, family and friends who supported him through thick and thin in this journey of triumph.
Dean of Student Welfare Poonam Nanda congratulated Ashish and added that at Shoolini, the emphasis on sports and overall fitness has always been a priority. Our students have time and again represented the campus in both national and international events. Ashish’s achievement at the National Wushu Championship is a testament to this fact, she said.
