Corporate and Academia are all set to meet at the first-ever Centre for Leadership Coaching Launch Conference at Shoolini University. This two-day conference, commencing on September 20th, promises to bring together an extraordinary assembly of industry, giants, acclaimed coaches, and rising stars in leadership. The event will introduce attendees to the provisionally approved certification pathways endorsed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
The conference will explore the future of leadership in academia and business, focusing on Leadership Excellence, Transformative Coaching, empathy, and servant leadership.
The lineup of distinguished speakers includes International Coaching Federation CEO Magdalena Nowicka Mook, NHRD Network President Prem Singh, and top coaching experts like Rajesh Ramakrishnan, among others.
The sessions will provide a hands-on approach to leadership, empowering participants to rethink how they manage teams, promote innovation, and drive success.
It will also serve as a hub for unparalleled networking opportunities. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with key decision-makers during structured breaks and an exclusive Gala Dinner, building relationships that may lead to future collaborations and partnerships. Another highlight will be honouring 250 ICF-certified coaches from 18 countries who have contributed to Shoolini University’s V Empower Coaching Program since 2021.
“Our coaches are the backbone of our leadership initiatives,” said Shoolini University Vice Chancellor Prof Atul Khosla. “Their contributions have been invaluable in promoting a culture of growth and excellence,” he added.
While the event offers valuable insights for corporate leaders, it also holds particular significance for academia. Attendees from educational institutions will explore how coaching principles can be woven into their curricula to create the next generation of visionary leaders. Meanwhile, with expert advice from global thought leaders, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will find tailored strategies to boost resilience, adaptability, and growth.
“Leadership in today’s world requires a deep understanding of empathy and innovation,” said Deputy Director & Head, Centre for Leadership Coaching, Shoolini University, Payal Khanna. “This conference is a unique platform for leaders, coaches, and emerging talents to learn from each other and drive meaningful change across sectors.”
Beyond exchanging knowledge, the conference offers an opportunity to explore cutting-edge trends transforming leadership — from post-pandemic workplace adaptations to integrating AI in decision-making.
