The School of Bio-Engineering and Food Technology at Shoolini University advances the integration of biology, engineering, food, and nutrition sciences. The Food Technology programs under the School of Bio-Engineering and Food Technology follow an interdisciplinary approach, merging the principles of Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, and Nutrition. We have taken the lead in developing a unique research-oriented B Tech degree program, the Summit Research Program, that prepares undergraduate students for global opportunities at leading academic institutions and corporate R&amp;D teams. Fully integrated with the regular engineering curriculum, it provides hands-on exposure to high-quality research, experience in writing technical papers, personal mentorship and interactions with internationally acclaimed research practitioners and experts.
