Participative Management

Shoolini University is committed to a participatory management structure that emphasizes collaborative efforts and shared accountability among stakeholders. While the institution maintains a seeming top-down leadership structure, it really supports a culture of participatory decision-making at all levels. In order to achieve this level of inclusion, students, alumni, management, professors, and administration must actively participate in a variety of activities that are monitored by competent statutory and functional authorities.

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) was formed by the university in 2014 to improve and integrate its operations while encouraging the adoption and dissemination of best practices. The IQAC also assures essential student involvement in decision-making processes, allowing their input to affect the growth and development of the institution.
